How far in advance do I need to order? I recommend 2 weeks notice to order. I am a one man band ands spots fill up quickly. Even if you are unsure of design or servings, it is best to deposit down your date as soon as possible.
I have a last minute order That happens. If I have the availabity & supplies, I will be happy to help. Anything with less than a week is a last minute order. Payment is due in full within 24 hours of confirming your order. Please be responsive to messages. If there is a delay in communication, your order will be cancelled.
Why is my cake priced before I order? Chances are you are looking for a fully decorated cake & I have priced accordingly. Your cake is decorated in buttercream, fondant details and toppers. Pricing will change for excessive fondant work, characters made by hand or covering cake in fondant.
Can you recreate a cake I found online? Inspiration photos are welcome but they serve as that, an inspiration. Each cake is a custom creation but I stay true to your overall vibe.
Where are you located? Pick-up is in Woodland Park, NJ. Full details are provided after order confirmation. Do you offer delivery? There is a $35 fee for delivery within 10 miles. $1 mile thereafter. Delivery is door drop off. There is are additional fees for venue delivery and set up.
What happens if I need to cancel my order? Hey. Life happens. I hardly ever keep a deposit. Please reach out immediately if anything changes. I factor in time & resources put into your order. If you cancel within 7 days of your date, be prepared to lose your deposit. Orders were declined to accomodate your request & rest assured all supplies were purchased.
Can I taste your cake before I order? Sample boxes are available for $45 and contain chocolate, strawberry & vanilla 4" rounds with 6 frosting tastera.
Do you deliver? Delivery is available for $35 within 10 miles of 07424 with a $1 mile charge after not to exceed 30 miles. This is door drop off. There are additional fees for venue delivery or setting up your order.
